Abstract
Giriş: Notaljia parestetika, genellikle skapulanın alt kısmında lokalize ağrı, hipostezi, parestezi ve pigmentasyon artışıyla seyreden bir durumdur. Etyopatogenezi net olarak bilinmemektedir. Notaljia parestetika tedavisinde, pek çok fizik tedavi modalitesinden faydalanılmaktadır. Aslında sanıldığı kadar nadir olmamakla beraber, çoğu kez akla gelmemektedir.
Olgu: Olgumuz 22 yaşında kadın hasta, 3 aydır süregelen bir sırt ağrısı mevcuttu. Ayrıca sırtında kaşıntılı ve hiperpigmente bir renk değişikliğinden bahsediyordu. Hastaya notaljia parestetika tanısı konularak, medikal tedavi ve uygun egzersiz programı başlandı.
Sonuç: Omurga ağrısı ile gelen hastalarda, özellikle nöropatik şikayetlerde mevcutsa muhakkak inspeksiyon yapılmalı, cilt lezyonları bulunan hastalarda notaljia parestetika tanısı muhakkak göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.
