Abstract

Lipom, yağ dokusundan orijin alan ve en sık rastlanan iyi huylu tümöral oluşum olup vücutta yağ dokusu tabakasının bulunduğu her anatomik lokalizasyonda gelişebilir. Parmak
gibi deri altı yağ tabakasının az olduğu vücut kısımlarında ise lipoma hem az rastlanır hem de rastlanan lezyonlar bölgenin anatomik yapısından dolayı belirli bir büyüklüğü aşmazlar. El ve parmak gibi ince maharetli hareketlerin önem arz ettiği bölgelerdeki büyük lipomlar fonksiyonları kısıtlayacak boyutta morbiditeye yol açarlar. Tedavileri dar bir anatomik alan içinde yakın komşulukta bulundukları tendon, damar ve sinir yapıları nedeni ile titiz ve dikkatli yapılmalıdır. Bu yazıda sağ el 3. parmağında, el ve parmak hareketlerinde kısıtlama yapacak boyutta yavaş büyüme gösteren bir şişlik nedeni ile başvuran hastaya klinik olarak lipom ön tanısı ile eksizyonel biyopsi yapıldı ve patolojik olarak sonucu teyid edildi. Titiz cerrahi disseksiyon ile her hangi bir fonksiyonel yapıya zarar vermeksizin yapılan tedavi sonrası hastanın postoperatif erken ve geç dönem sonuçları iyi olarak gözlendi.
