GENÇ YETİŞKİNLERE YÖNELİK DUYGU DÜZENLEME MÜDAHALELERİ: SİSTEMATİK GÖZDEN GEÇİRME

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, duygu düzenlemeyi temel alan grup müdahalelerinin etkililiğinin sistematik olarak incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda; Şubat 2021 ile Mart 2021 tarihleri arasında TR Dizin, Springer Link, Taylor and Francis, Wiley Online Library, Sage Journals ve Science Direct veri tabanlarında, 2010-2021 yılları arasında kısıtlama yapılarak duygu düzenleme ile ilgili Türkçe ve İngilizce çalışmaları kapsayacak şekilde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tarama sonucunda 1.352 makale PRISMA rehberi ve mevcut araştırma için belirlenen seçim kriterleri doğrultusunda değerlendirilerek, kriterleri karşılayan 9 makale araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Seçilen makaleler, araştırma modeli, araştırma grubu, araştırmanın deseni, grup müdahalelerinin özellikleri, kullanılan ölçme araçları ve grup müdahalelerinin etkililiği açısından incelenmiştir. Bulgulara göre, incelenen tüm duygu düzenleme müdahaleleri katılımcıların duygu düzenleme güçlüğünün azalmasında, duygu düzenleme bilgi ve becerilerinin artmasında etkili olmuştur. Ayrıca, seçilen çalışmalarda uygulanan duygu düzenleme grup müdahalelerinin katılımcıların duyguları adlandırma ve duygusal farkındalıklarına, kaygının ve mutsuzluğun azalmasına katkı sağladığı görülmüştür. İncelenen grup müdahalelerinde bilinçli farkındalık, bilişsel davranışçı kuram, duygulanım düzenleme, müzik terapisi, meditasyon ve diyalektik davranış terapisi temelli çalışmaların yapıldığı gözlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, genç yetişkinlere yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen duygu düzenleme müdahalelerinin, deney grubundaki katılımcıların duygu düzenleme becerilerini artırdığı ve katılımcıların ruh sağlığını olumlu yönde etkilediği söylenebilir. Elde edilen sonuçlar ışığında, genç yetişkinlere yönelik duygu düzenleme müdahalelerinin ruh sağlığı hizmetlerinde kullanılması önerilmektedir.
