Abstract

Hemşirelik öğrencilerine verilen “Aile Planlama ve Cinsel Eğitim” dersinin, öğrencilerin cinsel eğitim ve kadına ilişkin “namus” anlayışına yönelik tutumlarına etkisinin değerlendirildiği araştırma, yarı-deneysel türdedir. Ekim 2020-Şubat 2021 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Aksaray Üniversitesi Hemşirelik bölümünde eğitim görüp “Aile Planlama ve Cinsel Eğitim” dersini alan öğrenciler eğitim grubunu, aynı sınıfta olan ancak dersi almayan öğrenciler kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Her iki grupta ön-test ölçümleri “Öğrenci Tanıtım Formu”, “Cinsel Eğitime Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği” ve “Kadına İlişkin Namus Anlayışı Tutum Ölçeği” ile yapılmıştır. Ön-testin ardından eğitim grubu 14 hafta boyunca “Aile Planlama ve Cinsel Eğitim” dersini alırken, kontrol grubuna eğitim verilmemiştir. Dersin tamamlanmasından hemen sonra her iki gruba son-test yapılmıştır. Ön-test, son-test ölçümleri her iki gruba eş-zamanlı ve aynı ölçüm araçlarıyla uygulanmıştır. Ön-testlerde gruplararası anlamlı fark bulunmazken, son-testlerde eğitim grubunun ölçek puan ortalamaları, kontrol grubununkinden anlamlı ölçüde yüksek bulunmuştur (p = 0.000). “Aile Planlama ve Cinsel Eğitim” dersi öğrencilerin cinsel eğitime ve kadına ilişkin namus anlayışına yönelik tutumlarını yükseltmede etkindir.
